I think this is by far the best form of art. Not because its plastic bags or that it has a polar bear in it. It's because its spontaneous to the public. A lot of people do not go to art galleries on a regular basis and aren't inspired through that. So it's brilliant to see people like that who make cool stuff like this and randomly brighten our days.
