NBA - Where amazing happens.
As an avid basketball fan, I will not contradict this slogan. However, something really amazing did happen in the NBA this week, it is the green week. The organization raised awareness for the environment in various activities.
Now I don't know whether planting trees is a sufficient enough of a trade if the players drive home from the event in sports cars that seem to have been lost in a desert for about a month and might be a bit thirsty now.
But I do like the organization making an effort in raising awareness, besides, all green headbands, wristbands and whatnots looks pretty cool. Shows that even though we may be a cynical bunch on this planet, hope remains that in the face of disaster we can all come together.
